  • I ship orders through Packeta. After the package enters their network, delivery is handled by the responsible local carrier in the destination country.

    The final delivery provider may vary depending on the country, but you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

  • Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 5 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Yes, custom orders are welcome. If you have a specific stone, color combination, size, or design idea in mind, send me a message via contact form and we can create something together.

  • At the moment, I ship within the EU only. If you live outside the EU, feel free to send me a message and we may be able to arrange international shipping for you.

  • Because items are handmade, returns and exchanges are handled individually. Please contact me within a few days of receiving your order if there is a problem.
