  • All pieces are handmade using high-quality cords and carefully selected natural gemstones. Since stones are natural, each one is unique and may slightly vary in color or pattern.

  • Yes, custom orders are welcome. If you have a specific stone, color combination, size, or design idea in mind, send me a message via contact form and we can create something together.

  • Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity of the design.

  • At the moment, I ship within the EU only. If you live outside the EU, feel free to send me a message and we may be able to arrange international shipping for you.

  • Because items are handmade, returns and exchanges are handled individually. Please contact me within a few days of receiving your order if there is a problem.
