Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after full payment is received. Prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.

Shipping

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and custom requests. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for custom or personalized orders.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.

I try to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur depending on screen settings and natural gemstone variations.
